Email tkrdmsdl@gmail.com. Please include your platform, app version, and what you expected to happen. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. We delete support mail within 30 days after the request is resolved.

Restore a permanent unlock

1. Confirm that the device uses the same Apple ID or Google account that completed the purchase.
2. Open Lucky Gacha → Settings → Access.
3. Choose Restore Purchase. You will not be charged again.
4. If no purchase is found, check the purchase history for that store account and email support with the platform and approximate purchase date. Do not attach a full receipt unless support asks for it.

Apple and Google purchases are separate. A purchase made on one store does not unlock the other platform.

Free trial

The trial lasts seven complete days. On iOS, a free App Store item records the one-time start so reinstalling cannot restart it. On Android, the start time is stored on the device for this first release. There is no subscription or automatic charge. After the trial, only new Primary and Clarifier draws stop; cards already received remain readable.

Local records and notifications

Ledger, Carry, Echo, favorite, and setting data is stored only on the device and cannot be recovered after app deletion or device loss. Local Echo notifications can be changed in Settings and in system notification settings. Declining notifications never removes an Echo from the lobby.
